Note:

An additional fee may apply if you are outside our service area. Our primary service area is Nampa, ID, but we cover all of the Treasure Valley.
Prices are based on when you sign up, not when the service is performed.

You do not need to be present in order for us to provide service as long as the following conditions are met:

We have access to the water shut-off and valve boxes.
Dogs are secured (If applicable)
No locked gates where we need access to winterize the sprinkler system.

If you do not know where your valve boxes are located in your yard, we will need access to your sprinkler controller/timer. If your controller/timer is in a secured area like a garage, we will need access in order to winterize your sprinkler system.

Payment is due on the date of service. If nobody will be home, we ask you to leave the payment under your front door mat or in your sprinkler box (please let us know where to find payment). We can also text you a link to your online invoice to pay by Credit/Debit Card or we can send you our Venmo information.

Please provide any specific instructions that we may need in order to effectively winterize your sprinkler system.

Is there any other information that your technician should know to effectively winterize your sprinkler system?

Would you like us to contact you in the spring to turn your sprinkler system back on? This would include turning on the irrigation water, inspecting and adjusting sprinkler coverage, replacing filters if necessary (at an additional cost), replacing sprinklers and heads if necessary (at an additional cost), and configuring the sprinkler controller.
